Is Microsoft Just a big Joke?

Lately i have had a lot of fights with Microsoft They banned me from Xbox live for teamkilling in COD4 , My Xbox has RROD so i sent it in and they did nothing it was in the same condition just a lot worse , and my PC is slow because there are so many worms for PC that it will inevatibely crash does anybody else agree with me?
is it possible for me to sue them for making faulty products?
 
You know what i hate THEY HAVE FUCKING IMMIGRATES TALKING TO YOU when you call for services. at least whenever i call. Some are alright and then some just don't know what they're doing and waste my time.
