Is me exercising or my weight loss affecting my period?

My periods almost a week late and I don't know why. It's never been irregular and I've never missed one. I'm 17, 4'11, and about 83 pounds. I exercise every day for about an hour. I jog in place, do ab work outs, side work outs, and lift weights. But I've been doing this since February and I've never missed a period. I don't have sex so I know that I can't be pregnant. I have lost a little bit of weight (I was 85-87). So is my exercise making me lose my period or my weight loss?
