This link doesn't event mention S&L's. Did you notice that Obama ALSO has ties to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac? Of course not. I wonder why it's so hard to find that story in the news.

What ties? As far as I recall he was not charged with anything. Matter of fact the investigation exonerated him of any wrongdoing.
 
Yeah let go back 20 years or so. Wasn't that about the time that Barry was doing all of his drugs? Please, he's doing his job, he is a Senator. The debate is/was on foreign affairs not domestic or financial. You liberals are really stretching, especially when McCain's ads start hit and asking where Obama was when the nation was in such dire financial straits.
 
Maybe you arent seeing it so much is because Obama decided it was a good PR move to get in there and "help" with this crisis as well and the MSM doesnt want to make all of you Obama-ites look too stoopid.
Just two days ago you Obama lovers were making a huge deal out of McCain "dodging" the debate, and using this as an excuse to avoid it but I notice now that Obama is there too, most of you have shut your hypocritical mouths.

McCain didn't even know we were in financial crisis until a week ago. He's just another rich moron with NO clue.
So to answer your question, he does what his advisors tell him to do.
 
I wouldn't doubt it...........it's out there my friend.......McCain was part of the Keaton 5, that got their hands slapped for tinkering in the S&L bailout.........funny how he is involved again in this mess and his campaign manager created the sequel for taking 30k a month from Freddie Mac.

Here everyone thought that a deal was reached, and then all of a sudden McCain gets in the mix with the republicans and there is a sudden problem, that they don't even know what the problem is about.......just ridiculous!!!
 
people have a short memory...he was part of the Keating 5 but exonerated...but that doesn't mean he wasn't guilty
