Is Max Life oil really better than regular oil?

It costs like a dollar more per quart and I'm curious if it's just marketing hype of if it really helps the engine last longer.

Yes it is better than conventional oil, as it is a synthetic blend. Will it guarantee that the enginelasts longer? Too many variables to say. If you can afford the extra few bucks per oil change, then go for it.
