I have read that autogynephilia is a kind of erotic fetish some men have in imagining themselves as women. Many many boys from a very small age, say about 3-4 develop this type of fetish and hence start suffering from autogynephilia but they are really not real girls in any way. So, is male femininity a result of this phenomeon called autogynephilia?
What is transsexualism then? Could it be an extreme form of this or something altogether different?
