Is Jabil Circuits a business services company?

cuz for a project it says i need to find a business services company and do research on it.
the definition they give me is "Business Services includes human resources, information technology and personal and contracted services businesses."

also can u name more business services companies that are big names like IBM (if IBM is one)?
