...confessing Jesus LORD...? ...Believing Jesus was raised from the dead justify him alone?

Is it your testimony that the Apostle Paul went every where preaching to REPENT? Give proof out of his letters, scripture and verse, where he preaches Repentance.
 
Confessing Jesus as Lord simply means acknowledging that he is God---there is a sense of recognizing his authority and power. Repentance is usually linked with believe. If you truly believe then you will back it up by repenting.

Mark 1:15
and saying, " The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel."

Acts 19:4
Paul said, " John baptized with the baptism of repentance, telling the people to believe in Him who was coming after him, that is, in Jesus."
