I mean when push comes to shove, and people's livelihood and safety are at risk, isn't lying to gain their vote justified? I mean, if it gets them to keep from voting for Socialists, isn't lying a little to keep the electorate voting for you ethically correct? I mean if you knew you were in the right on most issues, what's wrong with spreading the truth a little thin?
