anime and manga only? For the past 9 years, I decided to embrace on the Japanese language as well as culture. That was also the time that I was still interested in anime, manga, doujinshi. However, back in February of this year, I went to a very intriguing exhibition called the "Hiroshima Bombing Exhibition". It entailed a live via web interview with one of the few Hiroshima Bomb survivors. After that interview and as the months passed by, I began to mature away from the anime, manga fandom.
I still attend one anime convention that's nearby. However, I notice that so many con goers enjoy shouting words like "Nani!?" and "Watashi ga baka!!" I decided to further educate myself about Japan, because I felt that I was called to go there. To help.
