Is it worth replacing the LCD screen on my T-Mobile Dash?

I broke the screen on my T-Mobile Dash, but since I had insurance on the phone I paid the $130 deductable and got a new phone. Two weeks later I dropped my new Dash and broke the screen yet again. I've downgraded to an old phone I used to have, but it's a slider and the screen is giving out on it as well. I was wondering if I should take the chance with trying to replace the LCD on the Dash I have now, or just invest in a totally different phone?

I had my Dash unlocked and upgraded, and I completely loved it. But is it something worth doing, or is there a better phone out there that I should be investing into?
