Is it worth it to buy Blackberry 8520? Or Should I just buy a Blackberry Bold 9700?

I'm an iPhone 3G user and I'm quite intrigued on the BB models. Hope you could give me some insights on whether to convert to BB or just upgrade to iPhone 4? Thanks
