So i really want a blackberry, and i've wanted one for awhile. With the money i got for my birthday i thought that i would buy an AT&T one off of amazon or ebay. I always wanted a white one though and i recently found out how you can unlock the t mobile white blackberrys and put the AT&T sim card in and it worked. I was wondering if it was worth buying just a regular and unlocking it myself or buy an already unlocked one....
oh, and also i was wondering if i bought let's say the curve 8520 in white if it was unlocked would i be able to upgrade it to blackberry os 6?

and i have a windows mobile phone 7 with a data plan so would that switch over to the blackberry dataplan as well?
