I wanted to know if it is worth the extra money to buy a legally unlocked iphone from websites like buy.com or mobilecityonline.com. I already have AT&T and don't plan to switch carriers. I want to be able to tether or share my internet connection from my iphone with my laptop and I know if I get an iPhone through AT&T I wouldn't be able to so. Also would I still have to pay $30 a month for the unlimited data usage? I currently have a Nokia N95 8gb and AT&T only charges me $15 a month for unlimited data. I bought this phone unlocked as well not through AT&T.
