Is it worth buying a car HONDA civic hybrid 2005 driven about 110K for AU$15000?

Hi,
please can anyone suggest me that is it worth buying a car HONDA civic hybrid 2005 model (Australian) driven about 110K for AU$15000 and it has got about 1 year warranty left from HONDA.
Need to renew a rego (registration) soon but that fine, if it matters. Major service has been done for this car, except tires may be need to be replace in next 10,000 KMs.

Price seems high for a 5 year old car....

However, most hybrids are better maintained than regular cars..

Whether that's because the owners think they are cutting edge...or just don't fully understand how it works , is up for grabs....
