is it wise to be a pre med major if you don't like math and science?

i want to be a gerentologist, I have a 28 on the ACT and a 3.9 (unweighted) gpa. I am in advanced math and science courses at my high school, but math and science have always been much much harder for me than history or english - and i would love to major in english, history, or do something with foriegn languages, but there really aren't any jobs that intrest me if I take any of those majors. should pre med majors love and be good at math and science? and also, is it possible to major in athletic training and then go on to med school? thanks
