Is it weird to not like texting?? Especially your boyfriend?

i don't really like texting all the time because usually i'm doing something else so i can't reply right away and it just turns into a pain...usually i only like texting if it's something important not all the time like some teens, but i guess you should just tell him what you said
 
Me and my new boyfriend have been going out for about a week, and he always texts me. I think it's sweet and but I don't like to text a lot. Like I think it's kind of annoying because I like to do other things and checking my phone every minute gets really annoying. I kinda think texting ruins a relationship because sometimes I just want time to relax or hang with friends without talking to my boyfriend. Also I guess I just don't have that much to say to him (and other people) over texting. How do I tell him or hint to him that I don't like to text a lot without making it seem like I don't want to talk to him or I'm avoiding him. Also I don't want him to think I'm weird cause usually 17 year old girls love texting. What do i do?????
 
i love textinggg haha. and justt tell him that u dont like to text a lot because u have other things to do. :)
 
Just dont worry about it, whenever your boyfriend texts u saying he loves you or misses you or something just call him that'll make him feel cared for.
