Is it weird that I've never had a boyfriend?

I am 17 years old and I have never had a real boyfirend, I have been kissed and I have gone on one or 2 'dates'
but I have never found the right person, I don't fall for people easily, I have very high standards. So if i am going to date someone, it has to be someone i REALLY like.
I dont think theres really anything wrong with me, im not HIDEOUS, or a loser or anything, but all my friends have had boyfriends or girlfriends, and though they dont say anything, I feel so embarressed about it all the time, or that they think I'm some green freak, or something,
any advice?

not weird at all. people have boyfriends at different times in their life. you will meet the person you love and maybe he will be your first boyfriend. that aint bad at all. atleast he won't be jealous because you had any previous boyfriends.
 
Not many people haven't had a BF or GF at 17 but that is ok. If you really want to get a BF. Are you really close to one of you guy friends? Go ahead and ask him out. You need to experience a little bit more. If you enjoy your date with him go ahead and keep dating him. Maybe it didn't work out but you think that dating is better than you thought before then go ahead and do it again but with somebody else. You should experience a little more because you don't know if dating it something you want to continue doing with guys you kind of like or you still want to wait until you find Mr. Perfect

Theres Nothing Wrong With You,Sometimes,People Just Dont Have Interest Right Away Or Like What You Said You Want To Find Someone You Like Alot Better,None of my Friends Really have Boyfriends Either Other Then Just 3 Right Now In My Hole Group Of Friends That Are Girls,My last Recent Ex, I Havent Really Wanted To See Or Be With Anyone Else Right Now And Its Only Been 10 Months Already,And I Feel Like I Want A Boyfriend But Then I Dont,Sometimes It Is Confusing But Eventually You Will Find Someone It Takes Time,Dont Rush Into Things Just Because All Ur Other Friends Have BoyfriendsOrGirlfriends,Yes You get Jealous But Then You get Over It,Like I Have,Its Better To Flirt For A While Then See Who You Like And Then Ask Then To Hangout From Time To Time
