Is it weird that i am not looking forward to turning 13?

ok im 12 years old and every where i go it is like me and my mom run in to people we have not seen in like Forever and they will be like oh she is not a baby no more and stuff like that when i turned 12 i went on a 3 day cruise and i had a bad time just because my family was like i am going to miss your baby years , my birthday is oct 23 so i have been like playing baby for the last 5 months im the youngest out of three kids my sis is 24 and my bro is 23 so to them i am like a baby but im going on another cruise for my 13th and im dreading it i also don't want to turn 13 because i don't want to get my period and im not that excited for shaving i have shaved once for a wedding and 3 days After shaving i got a rash on my legs and under my arm pits
