is it weird? i just want to know.?

...that i am a 14 year old boy and already realized that i would no matter what pick love over sex. also.... is it weird that when i feel the deepest i act the shallowest. also.... is it weird to say i love you to your ex, feel stupid for 5 seconds, and then get an " i love you" back.

Your young and confused emotions as well as thoughts are part of being an adolescent. We've all had them in different degrees. Be happy knowing that you are going through the stages of maturing. Your normal. But remember to be wise and kind to people...some character traits never go away.
 
im a 14 year old girl.. and i know what you mean... i have said i love you to an ex and felt so stupid for 5 minutes and then i get the i love you so much back... you arent werid.. you seem really sweet. and pretty smart.. and any guy who would chose love over sex acctaully is using his brain instead of somtihng else... i think its safe to say that you value women.. so just dont get your heartbroken...

don't worry about being weird. Nobody is normal since there is no such thing as normal. Love over sex is the best frame of mind to be in, it shows you have a respect for women and truly cherish your relationships with them. Define acting shallowest, when I feel deep love to a girl I act deep to her. If you mean you catcall her, then that can be seen as rude. Finally, there is nothing wrong with saying I love you to an ex, so long as you mean as a friend or as a cherished person from your past. But be careful where you throw that phrase around as it can hurt someone just as much as it can make them happy. Getting an I love you back though is one of the best things that can happen because it means that they still care for your happiness and well-being.
 
That's not weird at all! Most guys probably aren't like that, but it's good to be that way. I'm sure many girls will admire that about you and you will succeed in all of your relationships!
