Is it weird for your boyfriend of almost 2 years to not go with you to support you

at a funeral? Boyfriend would not go with me to a funeral after I asked a few times! He said he had to work... Fine me too but I still went and I needed him and he didn't even show for me? He doesn't think it to be a big deal. I feel lost. When i needed him most he wouldn't even be bothered.... is this normal are guys just this in-sensitive?
 
does he realize what a big deal this was to you? if it was not the funeral of someone especially close to you, he may not have realized. guys aren't so good at "feelings." haha. but if it was someone close, he should definitely know that you would need him to be there. especially after dating you for so long. you know your boyfriend better than anyone. does he pull stuff like this on a regular basis? if he does, it may be time to find a boyfriend who is a little bit more attentive of your needs. especially during things like this. good luck.
 
it really depends on the guy, some people are deathly afraid of funerals. like me i cant go to one for my life i couldnt even get over the fear for my brothers funeral. You need to ask him why he diddnt go and if hes tells you work you can ask him more or get over it and do what you think is right.
