Is it weird for a girl to shave her arms?

I'd probably get it waxed. If you shave it you risk it coming in darker and thicker, whereas if you wax it, eventually it'll stop growing in so thick and dark. It's a little more expensive but I think it'd be worth it.
 
I have fairly pale skin and dark hair and the hair on my arms really stands out, so I shave it just like my legs and armpits. I don't think I'm the only one who does this because most of the girls I see have smooth arms, but my mom thinks it's odd. Is this common or do I just have hairy arms? :P
 
Nope, I have the same problem, so I shave my arms. A couple of my friends do too. Some girls find it weird, but most don't.

its not i shave my arms to i CANT stand hairy arms!
