is it weird for a girl to go out alone on a saturday night?

i really want to see a local band while having a few drinks. i was supposed to go tonight but my friend sort of bailed in the last minute so i didn't end up going.
i just got a full time job and i'm starting on monday. i thought i should go out anyway. i want a fun weekend before i start working like a pig. besides, i want to see the band anyway.
do you think it's weird if you see a girl going to a gig alone?
