She's turning 17 in less then a month and the guy is 19 who is turning 20 in March...is that weird?
they live in TX by the way, the age of consent is 17
It might seem a bit weird, because that's sort of an awkward age gap. Depending on the age of consent where she lives, her parents could or could not take action against him, but really it's only a few years.
