Is it un-American to tell people not to buy GM products?

I`m contributing by replacing my engine on my functional GM truck. Cheaper than buying new. Sure is a bear though with all that smog equipment, hoses and electrical wiring. I should be done in a week if I survive the ordeal. Labor pricing is $90/hr. so I`m doing it myself.

Well, if we were taken over by a foreign power, would it be un-American to refuse to buy their cars? Obama and his supporters have hijacked our government, he is clearly overstepping his legal powers as outlined in our Constitution. GM is only the first link in the chain he is forging; if "Government Motors" is a success, that will encourage more takeovers. If, however, the American people stand up and say No to Obama's arrogance, then GM will fail and perhaps even the Democratic Congress will rethink where their loyalties lie. Who's to say that GM won't outsource more and more of its jobs, leading to more unemployment anyhow? Especially if Fiat is allowed to buy into it? We have been lazy consumers long enough, it's time we started to "vote with our wallets", and this is a good place to start. Love your avatar, by the way. My mom used to sing Barnacle Bill the Sailor all the time. Take care.
