Is it true you can burn/copy Xbox 360 games free and play them on Xbox Live?

Hey I heard that you can burn/copy Xbox 360 games for free, without downloading or buying software and being able to play them online. Is this true? If so how can you do so without modding it? I need something that you can burn/copy games without modding and being able to play online without being caught and banned.
 
You pretty much need to have a mod chip in your system to be able to play burned games. It will only void your warranty. I have a modded wii that will play burned games but I don't bother with it since i can play hombrew games downloaded on a sd card. Hope this helps.
