Is it true to make business with someone i don't knew.?

Someone call me and explain the way he make good money and I agree, he said he will work with me online guide me but i don't know him i don't knew where he is at, so i gave him $30. just start. Do I need to trust him? or just carefully keep him.
 
Picture this You give someone you don't know $30 and now that person has said and done the same thing to other people and they gave this person also $30. Now if you times let's say $30x100 people, they all just made him $3000 tax free. THAT's A LOT OF F*CKING MONEY and idiots like you are the ones to blame.
