...in dubai ? I know it does sound real stupid (whoever gives anyone a license just because he bought a bike!!), but the thing is I want to get my license in dubai ASAP!!
I don't have a bike license but do have a bike back in uni and an able rider, wanted to clear this confusion because a friend of mine mentioned that its possible in muscat to get a license if you purchase a bike there and if this works out in dubai as well it would be simply amazing !! or atleast does the procedure to get the license simplify ?
