Is it true that Roger Penske bought Saturn from GM?

I'm not sure but if Roger Penske is a chinese company then yeah because General Motors recently sold Buick, Pontiac, Saturn and Hummer to a chinese company. As to rather it will have an effect on the style and personally of each brand yes you're going to be able to tell the differences from when it was owned and handled 100% by Gm. It has to keep 60% of its original style but the rest percent you're going to see asian in the future models. Note the brands are still being made in Luisiana but the designing and ideas going to be coming from China!

As part of the purchase agreement, GM agreed to build cars for Saturn through 2010. After that, they may still contract with GM to make some vehicles. Or Penske can go out and find other vehicles from other manufacturers to sell through the Saturn network.
So immediately there should be no difference in Saturn. After next year, who knows.
Roger Penske also owns the US Smart Dealership network.
