One of my professors told me that it is a horrible time to go to law school. She said that there is a significant decrease in lawsuits (probably b/c of the recession) and lawyers left and right are thirsty for work. I dont know if this applies to all types of lawyers. Id assume criminal defense lawyers from T14 schools would still be highly demanded.
