Is it true that if you have a long upper crease on your palms it means something?

I usually dont believe in all superstitions, but i have a really long crease. Its the very top one if you look at your palm.

Mine starts from the edge of my palm, on the side of my pinky and then all the way to more than half of my index finger. It stretches a very long way, even though that wasnt clear.

Does it mean anything in particular? Tell me what you think :D
