...lanes? i am learning to drive and my dad told me that i have to see the 2 head lights of a car in my side mirrors to change lanes or is it only 1 head light i have to see before changing lanes? when do i know when to change lanes by looking in my side mirrors?
 
Technically no but that depends on how your mirrors are adjusted. But as another driver on the road, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD do not cut people off.
