Is it true that eating too much of anything isn't good for you?

Well,that's true..Too much is bad and lack is bad,too..
Eat all the foods that are needed for your body..
Eat vegetables but not much vegetables..
Please pick this as a best answer...
 
yes. If for exaample you ate only brocoli for the rest of your life, you would become very ill cos you would be lacking all other nutrients from other foods.

you'd be more healthy if you ate only burgers for the rest of your life cos it has more of the 5 nutriences than just brocoli :)

Its not about the food group, EG vegetables, it is about the actual food
example eating too much potato isn't good because there isn't enough protein, where as too much red meat and you will get the protein, but too little carbohydrates.

Balance is key
