is it true that drawing blood is beneficial to health?

If you are having it drawn for testing and the tests tell you something about your health, then I suppose it could be considered beneficial. Otherwise, not so much. Are you talking about what was common in olden days when they bleed you with leeches??????

The only benefit to donating blood is that it prevents iron overload in men and postmenopausal women. There is some evidence that too much iron in the body can result in it floating free in the bloodstream, not bound to red blood cells, which can scar the arteries and increase the risk of heart disease. Donating blood about twice a year can prevent this.

Women of childbearing age rarely have excessive iron.

Your blood cells are naturally broken down and replaced by the body when they get old. There's no need to lose blood for this to happen.

Losing blood will usually only lower blood pressure for a few hours, until you replace the fluids. It's not a good way to keep your blood pressure down.

drawing blood/donor stimulate our body produce more blood. so our spine where body produce blood will be stimulated to work and always be renewable.

I always drawn my blood/donor after 3 month. the most of it, my backbone feel more fit.
