Is it true that boys only want one thing (SEX)?

my dad tells me just about every day that boys only want one thing and I should always avoid them. I was wondering if this was true, and if so, does the apply to boys only or men in general? and also, why do girls even date boys if we know they only want one thing?
 
Teenage boys work pretty hard to get sex, and for many of them that is all they want. When they become men, some of them grow out of it. I am more interested in my relationship with my wife. Sex is still on my mind of course, but its not the only thing, and if it stopped I would still love my wife.

On the other hand, I have a friend that is nearly 40, and he is tapping everything he can.
 
True for boys. Listen to your Dad, (I'm guessing you're young) and wait for the "right" boy. As a man, there are other things I desire.
