bureaucratically indirect manner? i can't find the word "Tobin" anywhere on my pay stub - i don't see "global" anywhere in the tax breakdown... so how am i, as a US citizen, paying global taxes?

will i have a tougher time affording things if the G20 agree on **The** 'Global Tax' when they meet this June?
