Is it true about the new law that's gonna happen, that you can't drive until you're 18?

Drivers license laws vary state to state. It depends what state you live in on whether or not that is true. I live in a state where you get a restricted license after you do so much driving with your permit and then when you turn 18 you get a real drivers license.
 
Quite possibly if your state intends on signing it into law. Most states however have put restrictions for drivers between 16-18 as opposed to making the driving minimum 18 years old.
