is it true 2pac became sober after coming out of jail?

yeah so my older brother (whos a big fan of 2pac) and i am too, told me that when 2pac got out of jail he stopped smoking weed and became sober, but the media still made him look like as if he was a weed smoker and etc... i dont know if its true or not because i read somewhere that 2pac suffered from depression and always needed a blunt and some hennessy.. and i also think hes telling me this because he thinks if 2pac stopped smoking weed, i wouldnt smoke weed at all... well i dont smoke weed point blank period and i never planned on it so wtf lol..
 
Not true. Have you heard the song "high til I die"? Or have you heard in one of his songs, he said "if I wasn't high right now I'd probly blast myself." you should watch some remembering tupac videos on YouTube. Almost ALL if his songs were made when he was either drunk or high. To answer your question, no he usually always high or drunk.
 
Weed made him who he was it made his music better, but In Tupac Resurection he said he was paranoid all the time, and was thinkin cops were plottin on him, gonna break in his house and kill him. He stayed smokin weed though.
