Is it too late to consider being an art major?

Since 8th grade, I have loved photography and editing photos. Everyone said I was great at it and once sophomore year rolled around, I took a computer graphics class. I learned, early in the year, how to digitally illustrate and I fell in love with it. However, things through the year eventually caused my activity in creating art to fade out till about a month ago when I realized I missed it.

Now, I'm seeing that I want to do that but I haven't taken an art class since that year and I'm going into my senior year with none lined up. I was considering being a high school art teacher, but I'm an ok sketcher and I have some pictures but I don't think it would be enough for a portfolio if I needed one. I am really good at just computer graphics even if that means doing something with my talent other than being a teacher.

But is it too late? How will colleges look at me considering I haven't taken art classes?
