Is it too early to have my dogs tested for TVT (transmissible venereal tumor) ?

About two weeks ago I rescued this dog. I noticed he was bleeding from his penis so I went to my vet and he said he had a urinary tract infection and gave me some pills. Today in the morning I noticed that that while he walked around the house he was dropping drops of pure blood! So i rushed him to the clinic and they diagnosed him with TVT.
They also told me its very contagious. It could be passed by sexual intercourse, licking, sniffing, biting. Once he bit my little chihuahua on the neck (I HAVE TWO DOGS). And you know dogs are always sniffing each other.
Im very concerned about my other two dogs. Today would be two weeks since i;ve had the rescued dog.
Is there any way my two little dogs could be tested?? if so how??
Is two weeks too early?? If so, how long should I wait to get them tested??
PLS HELP. im very worried!!
