Well I attended a community college for two years and I will be transferring to a 4 year this fall. My chances of getting on campus housing dont look promising and the reviews of the on campus housing were pretty bad anyway. So I was thinking of getting an apartment by the school but I dont really like the idea of just sharing an apartment with some random stranger and im a bit of a loner who spends his free time studying instead of partying so I was thinking of getting maybe a one bedroom one bath apartment or a small studio apartment for one. Would this be abnormal since it seems like the stereotype for college is you get a roommate in a dorm/apartment or a group gets a suite. Would my parents think its strange im asking for a single?
