Yeah, it would be too early to tell from what you told me. What day did you think you conceived? Conceiving can take up to a couple of weeks at the most. And it's way too early to be getting symptoms. I was like that, too.. but it could be placebo-type symptoms, or symptoms due to stress or depression. And possibly, a period, if you have short cycles.
They say to test ten days after you stopped ovulating, but from what you told me and your situation, I would say wait until a week of your missed period, then definitely test. Fertilization and conceiving is a somewhat long process, and I think if you test now, you're likely to get a negative test result. Usually, any symptoms won't show up until 3-4 weeks after conceiving. In uncommon cases, it can be sooner.
Different websites have different ranges but most have said approximately 3-4 weeks.
