Is it serious? I just noticed there is a weird movable something under the skin

of my right ear.? There is no change on the skin, though, but the bump is large enough to be easily noticable if you touch the skin above and you can move it around a little.
No, I haven't had my ear pierced.

hey, i you have had your ear periced it is completley normal. its called a worm and you normally get it when you have had your ear peirced. dont worry about it
