is it safe to use face paint around your eyes and mouth ?

I think the face paint should be safe cos it 's sold in loads of shops and it 's those little crayon types which wash off with water ?
I 'm being a mime for halloween but im not sure if that facepaint would be safe if im putting it around my eyes ( like where you apply eyeliner) and lips .
Obviously I won 't eat it on purpose , but still .
Is it safe ? To use face paint so near your eyes and mouth?

it is stated on the package , but it 's in japanese .
I can 't read japanese !
 
if its non toxic it is safe. it should say it on the package.
and i would recommend using actual eyeliner and lipstick
since the paint would be messier.
