I want to download some games off emule, but I don't wanna get caught by the riaa or anyone like that.

there is a certain risk associated with any filesharing program; despite any claims to the contrary. It is however, less likely that you will be "collared" for sharing games or applications, than music or videos. If in doubt, get Peer Guardian.

Emule is a great program, with many great files on it. Or you can try Shareaza, which uses the emule network, as well as Gnutella and BT.
