is it safe to take my corn snake outdoors on smog days?

ok so i recently obtained a corn snake and ive heard their lungs are very sensitive and i plan on taking her outdoors this summer (not on the ground just around my neck)

is it safe if theres a smog warning to leave windows open and take her outdoors on these days?
