...cadmium, lead, inside? should i wear atleast 2 layers of clothing as well?, pants and underwear?
 
its safe, as long as that laptop isn't melting. Besides those materials are INSIDE the case but are not on the case you are touching.

Although I have some rumours about it affecting sperm count.
