is it safe to keep my baby red eared slider turtle with my blood parrot fish?

once upon a time i had 4 blood parrot fish all about 3-4 inches big and a 1-2 inch baby red eared slider turtle

but then the evil parrots got hungry and ate my baby turtle because he was a little bit smaller then they were.

but i hadnt fed my parrots in a while that time but i cant say that it still wont happen......

now the day has come where i have new parrots and a new baby turtle obviously im hesitant to put them together again but right now i dont have any other tank available no heater no filter and no dock for my turtle soooooooooooo..............do i hav a choice?

suggestionsss!! please

Not safe for the turtle, not safe for the fish. You should separate them or return the turtle.
