i have a 99 honda witht he engine light thats on again after the 02 sensors were replace it never went off now this time it says the converter is bad cant i just cut it off?

yes you can, but then the light won't ever go out and it may mess with you emmisions. If the car is not worth much or is a work car i would go ahead and do it. Otherwise i would shop around for a new converter, one that is straight through, and replace the sensors again. If your car idles a lot the sensors could be covered with carbon, check them first and clean the ends off.

u will need to buy inspection stickers from teh local hack, not go to a shop and get inspected.
common in the 80's and 90's.
