Is it safe to have sex while on the sugar pill?

Me and my girlfriend had sex and about 4 hours later she started her monthly, it was on time, and she was on the pill, should i be worried that shes still pregnant? but since it's only 21 pills, and there are 7 sugar pills, is it dangerous to have sex while it's the sugar pill week? will it increase the chances of getting pregnant?
 
Okay the sugar pills are nothing but sugar pills and have no birth control effect. Although its very unlikely to get pregnant while a woman is on her period it is still possibly.
 
You are more likely to get prenant while on the sugar pills, but it is very unlikely she is pregnant since she got her period after.
 
you guys should be fine, the sugar pills are basically designed so that she gets her period. i mean they are just sugar lol so its not necessary for her to take those, its just there to be a reminder
