In relation to bogs, mists and other potential dangers. I have been told there's a lot of danger of getting lost, but I have found no information on this.
For the record I am an adult, have previous outdoors experience, and know how to read a map, where to pitch tent etc. I'm not an expert outdoors type, but I know the ropes.
I'm well aware of the legal aspects of this so please don't respond with that.
I also wouldn't appreciate anwers from people speculating about dangers that they can imagine, but rather would prefer actual knowledge.
